$250.00* per Unit - This cost is the price from inception to Writ of possession. -- Our competitors are charging an upcharge for the Writ of possession to removal. OUR FEE IS A FLAT ONE TIME FEE.
*You/Client are responsible for the county costs which will be processed by our firm. - typically these cost range from $189.00 - $210.00 depending on residents on the lease.
We will only accept payment by ACH, Check or Cash only.
